InstaBuzzReels ("we," "our," or "us") provides a platform for AI-powered video generation and social media management. This policy outlines how we handle your data when you authenticate via Google and connect your YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts to share content.

2. Information We Collect

• Identity Data: We use Google Authentication to verify your identity and create your account. This provides us with your name, email address, and profile picture.
• Social Media Connection Data: When you link your YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok accounts, we collect secure OAuth Access Tokens. These tokens allow us to post content on your behalf without ever seeing your passwords.
• Content Data: We store the video prompts and generated video files you create using our AI tools.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Authentication: To manage your secure login via Google.
• Content Publishing: To upload and publish videos directly to your connected social media channels at your command.
• AI Labeling (Required): In compliance with 2026 platform standards, we use your account data to apply required "AI-generated" labels when posting to TikTok and Meta to ensure your account remains in good standing.

4. Platform-Specific Disclosures

YouTube (Google API)

Our app uses YouTube API Services to upload content. By using this feature, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. We only use the youtube.upload scope to post your videos.

Meta (Instagram & Facebook)

We use the Meta Graph API to post Reels and Stories. We do not use Meta user data for any purpose other than providing the publishing services you explicitly request.

TikTok

We use TikTok’s Content Posting API. We do not store your private TikTok data; we only use the necessary tokens to facilitate the "Direct Post" feature and ensure AI-generated content is properly disclosed.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. To provide our service, we share limited data with:

• AI Providers: Your prompts are shared with our AI generation partners to create your videos.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Your videos are securely hosted on our cloud servers (e.g., AWS/Hostinger).

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Google API Disclosure

InstaBuzzReels' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Google OAuth scopes to:

• Upload videos: To publish your generated AI content directly to your YouTube channel.
• View YouTube content (Read-only): To track the upload status and metadata of videos published via our platform.
• View your profile: To personalize your account dashboard.

We do not use your Google data to train AI models, and we do not share this data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service features you explicitly request.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Retention: We retain information collected from Google APIs only for as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested, such as maintaining your account and managing your video uploads. If your account is inactive for more than 24 months, we will automatically delete your Google user data.

Manual Deletion: You can disconnect your Google Account from InstaBuzzReels through your account settings, which will immediately revoke our access and delete stored tokens. Alternatively, you may request the permanent deletion of your data by contacting us at info@InstaBuzzReels.com.

Meta (FB/IG) Deletion: To comply with Meta’s platform terms, you may request the deletion of your data by emailing info@instabuzzreels.com.

TikTok: Access can be revoked in the "Settings and Privacy" → "Security and Login" → "Manage App Access" section of the TikTok app.
